Summary: The place is awesome. The ownes are very nice. I gave the description a 4 only because it says private house. You get one floor of a very cool 100plus year old building that the owners have done a great job with. There is a foosball table and our group is somewhat competitive and we got a little loud for the folks on the floor underneath us Other than that highly recommend this place
